Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the pool or spa equipment you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Equipment
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, chemical testers, and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to AquaTech
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
